Community life Community life frees us from loneliness and, "by the assurance that the common task will indefinitely be continued by others, it frees us as well from the discouragement of an unfinished undertaking" (Const. 3). Sports, recreation, apostolate, the liturgy, and study, are all different ways of "sharing together with a simple heart all that we have and are, including joys and sorrows, talents and spiritual gifts, hopes and ideals, and of promoting the fraternal union and the family character that we desire in the Religious Order" (Const. 90).  |
